Billing information
We work sustainably and strive to minimise the use of paper. Therefore, we wish to receive supplier invoices in the following order of priority.
1. E-invoice (Prio)
We accept e-invoices via the VAN operator Crediflow.
If you already have Crediflow as a VAN operator, we ask you to add us as a recipient according to the routines you have in your finance / business system. If you have a solution for sending e-invoices via another operator than Crediflow, we ask you to contact the operator and follow your existing procedures with updated information. See information below for the relevant company.
Always indicate our order number and reference on the invoices.
If you do not have a solution for sending e-invoices, Crediflow can help you get started quickly and easily using their services. To get in touch with Crediflow: sales@crediflow.se
2. E-mail
Mail your invoices including attachments in PDF format to the company address (see info below). The address is only used for invoices.
Format: one (1) pdf/invoice (including any attachments). Multiple PDFs can be sent in the same email but max 9 MB/email.
3. Postal invoicing
NOTE! Only allowed in exceptional cases as we want to minimise our paper handling.
