Work with Core drilling
Protek Norr has been working with core drilling for over 25 years. We carry out assignments primarily in the mining and exploration industry and work in varying soil and rock conditions. Our focus is on Norrbotten and Västerbotten, but we operate throughout Sweden.
Core drilling (diamond drilling) involves the production of drill cores for analysis, as well as equipment service and maintenance. The work takes place both above and below ground and is usually carried out in shifts, with periods of work alternating with time off.

Who enjoys working with us?
We employ people from a variety of backgrounds. Experience from, for example, machine operation, mechanical work, mining or service and maintenance is valuable, but attitude is crucial. You need to be meticulous, quality-conscious and enjoy working both independently and with others.
Responsibility is a fundamental requirement for this role. A B-driving licence is required.

Work with Blast hole drilling
Protek Norr AB has extensive experience in blast hole drilling. We perform contour and production drilling using modern, advanced DTH and COPROD rigs under the most demanding conditions, primarily in the mining industry.
Our operations are mainly concentrated in Norrbotten and Västerbotten.
Blast hole drilling involves producing a precise pattern of drill holes, which then enables efficient blasting. The work is carried out above ground and is usually done in shifts, with periods of work alternating with time off.
The work also includes some servicing and maintenance of equipment as well as physically demanding tasks, which means that heavy lifting is part of everyday life.
